This range is devoted to grape varieties that are particularly well adapted to the climate of Lolol, notably thanks to the early morning mist that appear on the coastline. Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc have a delicate and elegant character when grown on this 'terroir'.  Syrah retain their freshness and acidity enabling them to be transformed into wine without using sulphur.
